I'm an easy-going SWF who loves to travel, meet new people and experience the world and other cultures.
I get away when I can... depending on free time & money. But I am willing to host fellow travelers here in my current town (however I can't imagine many people will make it to this area!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Years ago I met a few people who had done it and thought it was really cool, so I joined.
Then a few years later I surfed myself in a few other countries and it was a great experience. Just recently I hosted a few times.
All have been good experiences to meet new people and get inside info on what to do in town or help someone out!

Interests

I enjoy traveling. I like to study foreign lanuages (although I am not fluent in any others), history, politics and International Studies.
I sell real estate.
I like to read, and watch movies.
I am scuba ceritified and grew up riding horses.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled for several months by myself in 2011 around China, Tibet, Nepal, India and Indonesia. And saw many wonderful sites, and have met a bunch of awesome people.

I've been to the Great Wall of China, Mt Everest, the Taj Mahal, Petra in Jordan, and the Great Pyramids in Egypt, and Borobudur....
Working on seeing many other "Wonders" of the world.
